Last updated31.10.2026
01 Who processes the data
The cligora.com website operates under the name Cligora Digital Studio. In this policy, “we” and “Cligora” mean the person who determines how information received through the website and while working on projects is used.
Mailing address: Ukraine, Zakarpattia region, Vynohradiv, Myru Square, 4.
02 Data we receive
When you submit a request through the website or write to us, we receive the information you provide: contact details, the content of your message, a project description and attached files.
While working on a project, we also process the information needed to fulfil our agreements and communicate with the client. Do not send passwords, bank card details or other information that is not needed for your enquiry through the form.
03 Why we use data
We use data to respond to an enquiry, discuss cooperation, prepare a proposal for a website, portal, CRM, SaaS system, automation or API integration, complete the agreed work and maintain project correspondence.
Data may also be used to comply with the law and protect the rights of the parties. We do not use form enquiries for promotional mailings without separate consent where consent is required by law.
04 Cookies and measurement
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so that the banner is not displayed repeatedly. This is technically necessary to remember your choice.
Google analytics or advertising tools, if connected, are disabled by default and may receive consent only after you select “Accept”. Selecting “Decline” keeps them disabled. You can change your cookie choice at any time.
05 Storage and access
Website enquiries are recorded in a database and sent to hello@cligora.com. Telegram is used for notifications about new enquiries and for client correspondence. Messages needed to work on an enquiry may be stored together with its history.
Only people and services that need the data to respond to an enquiry, complete an order or support the website have access to it. We do not sell personal data or publish it without a lawful basis.
Data is kept for as long as it is needed to process the enquiry and maintain related correspondence. If a contract is concluded, data may be retained for the duration of the work and for the period required to comply with legal obligations and protect the parties’ rights.
06 Your rights
You may request information about your data, correct it, ask us to delete it or restrict processing, object to processing or withdraw consent where consent was the basis for using the data.
Write to hello@cligora.com. To protect data, we may ask you to confirm that the request is made by its owner. Where the GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month.
You may also contact the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work. In Ukraine, a complaint may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
07 Security and changes
We restrict access to enquiries and use them only for the purposes described in this policy. In the event of a data incident, we will act in accordance with the law applicable to that processing.
This policy may be updated if the operation of the website or the way enquiries are processed changes. The current version is always published on cligora.com.
